These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the ecamundial.com website and of the real estate crowdlending services offered by Ecamundial S.A. in the Republic of Ecuador. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company identification
Ecamundial S.A. is a joint-stock company incorporated in 2023 under Ecuadorian law, with tax ID (RUC) 1793215487001, registered with the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance under file number 173482, and with registered office at Av. República del Salvador N34-183 and Suiza, Twin Towers Building, 12th floor, Office 1204, Quito, Ecuador.
2. Purpose
Ecamundial operates a crowdfunding platform (crowdlending) that connects investors with local real estate developers, under Resolution JPRF-F-2025-0142 issued by the Financial Policy and Regulation Board of Ecuador. Ecamundial does not offer any guarantee of returns and does not act as a bank or custodian.
3. Risk notice
Investing in real estate crowdlending projects involves risk. The investor may recover less than the amount invested, or lose it entirely, if the developer defaults and the collateral does not cover the outstanding balance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. User requirements
To use the service you must be of legal age, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, pass the identity verification (KYC) process and accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Ecamundial reserves the right to reject registrations when the anti-money-laundering regulation so requires.
5. Fees
Registration and use of the platform are free for the investor. Ecamundial charges an origination fee to the developer and a management fee to the investor on the interest actually collected, which is always disclosed on the project page before investing.
6. Intellectual property
All content published on ecamundial.com, including texts, graphics, trademarks and code, is the property of Ecamundial S.A. or its licensors, and is protected by Ecuadorian and international intellectual property laws.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito, unless the law imposes a different venue in favour of the consumer.
