Invest in Ecuadorian brick from one hundred dollars
Ecamundial connects investors with local real estate developers. We fund residential projects in Quito, Guayaquil and the coast, and share the interest with the people who put up the capital.
What is real estate crowdlending?
It is a form of collective investment in which many people lend money, in small amounts, to a real estate developer that needs capital to build, refurbish or purchase a property.
Instead of buying a whole apartment, you take part in a loan alongside dozens of other investors. The developer repays the capital with interest over a defined term, typically between twelve and thirty-six months, and that interest is distributed among all lenders in proportion to their contribution.
At Ecamundial we analyse each project independently: we review the developer's solvency, the location of the property, the construction plan and the collateral. We only publish projects that pass our risk analysis, and we present them on the platform with full transparency for the investor.

How it differs from other options
It is not buying a property
You do not own the property or deal with tenants. You lend money and receive interest in return.
It is not a closed fund
You choose project by project, you decide how much and for how long, with no mandatory portfolio manager.
It is not equity crowdfunding
You do not become a shareholder of the developer. It is a loan with a payment schedule and a fixed rate.
How investing with Ecamundial works
Four clear steps, no fine print, no hidden fees.

Sign up with your email, complete the identity verification process (KYC) and sign the framework agreement online.
Browse the projects
Every opportunity includes the developer profile, the financial plan, the collateral and the target rate, expressed in US dollars.
Invest from $100
Commit the amount you decide, with a minimum of one hundred dollars per project. You receive a schedule with all planned payments.
Collect your interest
Interest is credited according to the project's schedule, and the capital is returned when the loan matures.
Why Ecuadorian brick makes sense in 2026
Ecuador combines a dollarised economy, a persistent housing deficit and residential tourism that keeps growing along the coast. It is a large, under-financed market with room for disciplined investors.

Ecuador has used the US dollar as its official currency since the year 2000, which removes exchange rate risk for foreign investors.
We concentrate projects in Quito, Guayaquil and coastal hubs such as Manta, Salinas and Olón, where residential demand runs deepest.
Published projects mature between one and three years, so capital is not locked up for extended periods.
Every published loan is backed by a mortgage or by fiduciary rights over the property or the project's cash flows.
